BMW of San Rafael is an automobile dealership that has been proudly serving customers since its establishment in 1998. This development spans across a spacious 31,000 square foot building. In 2004, the dealership expanded the facility by adding a two-acre vehicle storage area. Building on our commitment to meeting customers’ demands, we further expanded the storage facilities in 2016, resulting in a substantial three and a half acres of vehicle storage space. CPi Developers had the privilege of collaborating with BMW in the development of these storage facilities. The dealership is located on a former landfill site, offering a unique and environmentally conscious setting adjacent to the San Francisco Bay.
